Dr. Emily Loren, ND is an avid Cross Fitter, surfer, and stand-up paddler and embraces preventive and regenerative medicine as part of her own self-care in preventing and treating injuries.
Dr. Loren’s two passions in medicine are regenerative injection therapies and IV therapy. Dr. Loren has over a decade of experience with IV and Ozone therapy helping patients with a wide variety of conditions ranging from cancer, auto-immune disorders, mold toxicity, and Lyme disease as well as helping patients with athletic optimization, anti-aging and general wellness. She has undergone extensive continuing education on the use of regenerative intravenous therapeutics. Dr. Loren is especially passionate about ozone therapies and is excited to offer this cutting-edge treatment.
Dr. Loren has also undergone extensive training in regenerative injections and has completed over 50 hours of training in the use of diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound and ultrasound-guided injections through MSK Masters, the AAOM, and other ultrasound-guided injection workshops.

Physician and Founder

Jeremy Allen is a Physician Associate (PA-C) with experience across multiple medical specialties, including internal medicine, emergency medicine, urgent care, and primary care. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) and a PA degree from Yale School of Medicine. With over 15 years of clinical experience, he combines Western medical knowledge with integrative medicine and evolutionary anthropology. Passionate about health complexities, he focuses on optimizing wellness: both foundationally through sleep, nutrition, and movement, and by incorporating cutting-edge longevity research to deliver the most effective interventions. At Maui Longevity Rx, he is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and is excited to collaborate with his patients to achieve their ultimate health.

Maui-born and raised nurse Jess is our in-house and mobile nurse and aesthetic specialist. Jess was previously a charge nurse at the chemotherapy infusion center at Maui Memorial Medical Center and also worked in the post-surgical unit and the emergency room. If that wide range of experience wasn’t enough, she also worked as an esthetician for over 7 years and is in charge of all aesthetics (PRP facials and more) at IV Therapy Maui.

When she isn’t on the road performing mobile IVs at your convenience, you can find her on the Jiu-Jitsu mat or enjoying time with her two kids.

Lara is most likely the first person you will speak with to schedule your appointment. She manages communications and our calendar to help you get your wellness goals planned out.

Lara is born and raised in Lahaina and is welcomed with open arms to the north shore community. She loves animals, the great outdoors and given an opportunity – a good joke 🙂
