Intramuscular (IM) Shots: Quick, Effective Nutrient Delivery Without IVs
Intramuscular shots (IM) are administered into the muscle, Glute or Deltoid, as opposed to an IV which is injected directly into a vein. Although IM shots do not offer the same volume and benefits as an IV, they are a great alternative to oral vitamin or amino acid supplementation as they bypass the GI track.
